About the project
Gerald Boughton is a long-established Suffolk menswear retailer with a dedicated formal hire arm covering weddings, black-tie events and special occasions. The brief was a website that felt as considered as the in-store experience — classical typography, rich photography, and an unhurried browsing pace that reflected the appointment-led nature of the service. The site needed to balance the formal hire identity with the wider menswear retail offering, treating each as a distinct but connected experience.
